Welcome to our Paper Minecraft network featuring seven action-packed game modes: PvPDuel, BoatRace, ElytraRace, Parkour, TNTWars, Golf, and the XXL Tournament. Each mode stands on its own, yet all are linked through a shared Network Level – your XP counts everywhere. With ranks, parties, record tags, and replays, the network offers depth and long-term motivation for every playstyle.
Seven Game Modes – Overview
The network divides into two racing modes (boat and elytra), two combat modes (PvP and TNTWars), plus three specialties (parkour, golf, and tournament). Each mode has its own leaderboard, ranks to unlock, and different rewards. The shared lobby ties everything together: see your level, switch modes, form parties, and manage your tags and replays.
PvPDuel – 1v1 Combat with Strategy
PvPDuel is classic Minecraft PvP: choose a combat kit, find an opponent, and fight in an arena. With Best-of-3 options for kits, every matchup becomes a series – win two of three rounds and victory is yours.
Kits are community-made and range from fast sword duels to tactical ranged setups. You can save and organize your own kits. Every win climbs you the leaderboard and unlocks new kits. Your network level grows with every round.
BoatRace – Ice Boat Racing on Tracks
In BoatRace, you drive on icy roads with a boat – fast, slippery, full of overtakes. Each track has checkpoints and a finish line. Race solo against the best time or against other players in multiplayer: normal races need at least two players, tournaments are 3 rounds with triple XP.
With over 20 different boats (from simple oak boats to the legendary turtle) you have choices. Unlock boats through race wins, tournament wins, or best times. Placing in the top 3 of a track earns you a record tag – a badge displayed above your name. VIP players can even see a translucent ghost of their best lap and race against their own record. Rounds end after 10 minutes regardless of whether anyone has finished.
ElytraRace – Flight Racing with Elytra
ElytraRace is the fastest mode: fly with your elytra over tracks full of turns, ramps, and vertical challenges. Checkpoints must be touched in any order, so different routes are possible – skilled pilots find their path.
Like BoatRace, there are solo runs, multiplayer races, and tournaments with separate leaderboards. Each #1 time earns a record tag, and VIP players here too can see ghosts of previous flights. Elytra tracks are usually longer and more technical – the network includes everything from short tech sprints to epic 5-minute flights.
Parkour – Platform Challenges
Parkour is classic climbing and jumping over obstacles. Jumps, wall runs, vine swings – it's all about skill and timing. Each track has a best-time leaderboard and top-3 record tags like the racing modes. Parkour is solo and free from multiplayer chaos: only your time matters.
TNTWars – Team Game Mode
TNTWars is team combat: two teams, multiple rounds, objective is to destroy the enemy base or collect points. With up to 7 players per team, real tactics emerge – who covers the back, who storms forward, who defends the base?
Gameplay varies: sometimes it's survival combat, sometimes point collection. With party modes, teammates earn together; solos get normal payouts. TNTWars rewards teamwork and gives triple XP per round.
Golf – Fewest Strokes Wins
Golf is the calmest mode – and the most tactical. Up to 7 players take turns hitting their own Sulfur Cube across the course with a golf club, aiming for the hole. Before every stroke you pick the block that goes inside your cube, and that choice changes everything: iron is heavy and hard to move, melon is fast, oak wood bounces, wool is light, honeycomb is sticky. Pick wrong and your cube stops short – or flies off the track.
Starting numbers are drawn by a wheel before every track, and everyone plays in turn: stroke one for all players, then stroke two. All cubes stay on the course the whole time, so your cube can knock a rival's cube off line – on purpose or by accident. A normal game is one track, a tournament is three with the strokes added up. If two players tie for first, a shootout decides it: one stroke each at a random target, and whoever lands closest, down to a hundredth of a block, takes the win.
Golf has its own wins leaderboard, and the player with the most wins wears the #1 Golf tag.
XXL Tournament – The Big Event
The XXL Tournament combines all modes: a big event over multiple games with a wheel that spins the mode for each round. In a single day you might play PvPDuel, then BoatRace, then Golf, then TNTWars – always competing with other teams or solo players.
Points accumulate across all rounds, rankings calculated by total score. The winner gets 150 XP at 7 players (reduced for fewer online) and a spot in the Hall of Fame. Tournaments are perfect for new players and the highlight for veterans.
Network Features – What Ties Everything Together
Network Level: Every round in every mode gives XP. 100 XP = 1 level. Your level is public and shows skill.
Ranks: VIP (green), PRO (purple), GOD (gold), MOD (dark green), ADMIN (red). With each rank you unlock new features: VIP gets the ghost of your best lap and extra replays, PRO chooses maps and can open parties, GOD sees all stats and replays of every player.
Record Tags: Top players on a track wear a tag – visible above your name on leaderboards. Golf has one too: #1 Golf for the most wins. Hold 3 places simultaneously and your tag becomes an animated rainbow.
Replays: Save your best (and most embarrassing) runs. With replays you can watch yourself, analyze your technique, and race your best time again.
Parties: Invite friends, race together. With 4+ players you earn only 25% XP per round (otherwise too rewarding for large groups), but the fun factor is priceless.
Leaderboards: On every track, every mode, for wins and times – there's always something to fight for.
