Minecruzz is seeking a passionate and skilled Administrator to help run our growing Kingdoms & Nations SMP. This isn't just a staff position; it's a chance to join the leadership team, shape our server's future, and ensure our geopolitical world remains a thriving, fair, and fun place for everyone.
This is a volunteer role for a leader who lives and breathes Minecraft and is ready to make a real impact on our community.
What You'll Do
As an Admin, you'll be a key part of our operations, balancing technical expertise with community leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
Server Maintenance: Work with our team to manage, configure, and update plugins, especially our core KingdomX geopolitical system.
Technical Support: Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent downtime to keep the action flowing.
Player & Staff Management: Handle complex player disputes and guide our staff team, ensuring everyone follows our rules and a positive atmosphere is maintained.
Community Development: Actively participate in server events, contribute fresh ideas, and be a professional and friendly presence on Discord and in-game.
Security: Safeguard the server by monitoring for cheaters, implementing security measures, and staying one step ahead of any threats.
What We're Looking For
Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
Experience: Previous server administration experience is highly preferred. Experience with Spigot/Paper servers and plugins like KingdomX or Dynmap is a major plus.
Technical Skills: You should be comfortable navigating server files, using basic commands, and troubleshooting common problems.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential. You need to be active on Discord and a collaborative team player.
Problem-Solving: The ability to stay calm and think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
Availability: A regular and reliable time commitment is required to be an active presence on the server.
