Age 15+ and mature in conduct
Good knowledge of Minecraft and server rules
Prior staff experience preferred but not required
Active daily on Discord and in-game
Able to handle player reports, mute/kick offenders, and escalate serious issues
Skills:
Strong communication and fairness
Conflict resolution and problem-solving
Dependable and team-oriented
Compensation:
Volunteer role with opportunity to advance to Admin
