We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Coder to develop, maintain, and optimize server systems. This role is intended for individuals who already understand server-side development and do not require constant instruction. You will be expected to identify issues independently, propose solutions, and implement features with stability, performance, and code quality in mind.
This position involves working with existing systems, integrating new functionality, debugging complex issues, and maintaining clean, maintainable code. Independence and technical confidence are mandatory.

Ability to build in multiple styles (medieval, modern, fantasy, etc.)
Understanding of block palettes, depth, and layout
Ability to take feedback and make revisions when needed
Familiarity with building tools (WorldEdit / similar tools) is a plus
Portfolio or screenshots of previous builds are highly recommended
