Create a Death Knight immediately without first leveling another character. Enjoy cross-faction gameplay and trade freely through a fully linked cross-faction Auction House.
You can also choose Hardcore Mode directly in the starting area by speaking with the Lich King. Hardcore Mode is completely optional, allowing every player to choose the experience that suits them best.
