RAW is a free, anti-P2W Ragnarok Online Renewal server (3rd jobs, Renewal formulas) that doubles as a research proof-of-concept for a true peer-to-peer MMORPG with a living AI world. NPCs are LLM-driven residents with personas and long-term memory: they hear public chat, remember you across sessions, hold real conversations, and react to world events. A crew of autonomous agents (World, Economy, Quest, Weather/Time, Balance Steward, Discord Moderator...) keeps the world evolving. The PlayRAW.exe launcher downloads the client over a resumable P2P mesh and routes in-game traffic smartly: combat/items/skills/chat over TCP, movement over UDP, with @ping showing live latency and route. Volunteer relays earn a capped +10% EXP boost (no currency, no items — ever). 100x base/job EXP, 100% drops, official Renewal curve, max level 275, personal Kingdom instance, custom maps, WoE, battleground.
