Iron Gate is a Wrath of the Lich King (3.3.5a) server built for people who
want a populated world without waiting on a queue.
Around 1,200 playerbots live on the realm. They level, they quest, they run
dungeons, and they fill battlegrounds - so Arathi Basin pops instead of
sitting empty. You can group with them, raid with them, or queue a dungeon
solo and run it alone if that's what you want.
The part no other server has: the bots hold a conversation. Whisper one by
name, or just talk in party chat, and it replies in its own words rather than
canned lines. Try it once you're in - most people don't believe it until they
do.
Rates are 10x XP, 5x money and 10x quest gold. Everything else is 1x.
Transmog is in, with appearances saved per account.
There's a second realm too - Iron Gate Classic - running a Blizzlike
progression timeline for anyone who wants the old content at its original
difficulty, phase-locked and unhurried.
It's free. There is no donation button, no shop, no perks for sale, and there
never will be. Nothing on this server can be bought.
