Helper
HighCraft Prison is looking for an active and trustworthy Helper to join our staff team!
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist new players
• Answer questions about ranks, mines, voting, crates and commands
• Help keep chat friendly and follow server rules
• Report bugs, exploits and serious player issues to senior staff
• Assist with events and community activities
Requirements:
• Be active and mature
• Have good knowledge of Minecraft
• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Be patient with new players
• No recent punishments or staff abuse
• Discord and a working microphone are preferred
• Previous staff experience is helpful, but not required
This is currently a volunteer position. Helpers who are reliable, active and helpful may be promoted as the server grows.
