Experience: Previous experience in moderation, customer service, or community management is often preferred for staff member positions. Candidates with experience can bring valuable insights and knowledge to the team.
Integrity: A staff member should be honest, trustworthy, and ethical. They should act with integrity and uphold the rules and values of the community. Candidates should be able to provide examples of situations where they have demonstrated these qualities.
