 FastLane Update – Patch Notes
 Mount Riding is HERE!

You no longer walk next to your mount. You ride it! Your character climbs on and sits on its back as you travel around Gielinor.

::mount: choose a mount and hop on
::dismount: climb off and send it back to the stables
You fit through doors while riding, so there’s no more getting stuck
Mounts still won’t go into the Wilderness, and they bolt if you start a fight
 New Tier 3 Mount: Baby Blue Dragon

The Lava Titan has been retired from the stables and replaced by the Baby Blue Dragon. Anyone who owned a Lava Titan has been upgraded automatically.

 Loot Tracker

There’s a new side panel on the right of your game window. Click the bag icon to open it.

Tracks every monster you kill: kill count, every drop, and the total gp value
Hover any item to see its price and high-alch value
Saves between sessions, so your lifetime loot keeps adding up
Right-click a monster to remove it, or right-click the totals to reset
 XP Tracker

The same panel has an XP tracker showing XP per hour and time to your next level.

 Random Events Reworked

No more getting snatched away mid-skill!

Randoms like the Drill Demon, Freaky Forester, Evil Bob, Quiz Master, Maze, Mime, Pillory and Surprise Exam now wait for you instead of kidnapping you instantly.
Talk to them to choose:
 Talk to them: start the event and earn the reward
 Dismiss: send them away
Ignore them and they’ll leave on their own after a few minutes.
The Sandwich Lady, Genie and other talking randoms can be dismissed too.
 “Make All” on Skill Menus

Fletching, crafting and other skill menus now have Make All in place of Make 10. Set it and let it run until you’re out of materials!

 ::stats Works Offline

::stats <name> now shows any player’s levels, XP and hiscore ranks, even when they’re offline. Names with spaces work too!

 Staff Announcements Moved to PMs

Announcements from the team (::yell) now arrive in your private messages with a  crown, so they won’t get lost in the chat.

No launcher restart needed. Just log in and play! 

 PvP Is LIVE on FastLane!

The Wilderness is open for player-vs-player combat! Cross the ditch at Edgeville and fight anyone in your level range.

 How it works
PvP works across the whole Wilderness, from level 1 all the way up.
Classic 2009 rules: you can attack players within the Wilderness level of your combat level. The deeper you go, the wider the range.
Die and you keep your 3 most valuable items, or 4 with Protect Item. Attack first and you’re skulled, and a skulled player keeps nothing!
Mounts won’t go into the Wilderness, so you’ll have to fight on foot. 
 PvP Bots Roam the Wild

Never an empty Wilderness! 15 PvP bots patrol north of Edgeville, from low-level adamant warriors to whip-wielding dragon fighters and black d’hide rangers.

They hunt players in their level range, fight back, eat food and run when they’re losing.
They use protection prayers and switch to block your attack style, so mix it up!
Beat one and it comes back tougher next time. 
Bots drop their gear when killed, but they get wise to farmers: full loot is limited to a few bot kills every 30 minutes.

• Type ::vote in-game. Your browser opens straight to the vote page with your name already filled in.
• Every vote (once every 12 hours) gets you 100,000 coins + 1 Vote Point.
• Check your points with ::votepoints. Save them up, because a Vote Shop is coming soon! 👀

🏆 Kill Events

Monster-hunting competitions are coming! The team will announce events like “Kill as many Hill Giants as you can in 5 hours!”

• Type ::kills during an event to see the live leaderboard, your kill count and time left.
• Top 3 win prizes. Type ::prizes to see the armour sets up for grabs, up to a full Third Age set! 🔥

🤖 PvP Bot Fixes

• Bots no longer get stuck inside Edgeville bank. They now gear up by the Wilderness ditch.
• Bots that get stuck on scenery now get themselves free and keep roaming.

🖱️ Scroll Wheel Fix

Scrolling in the bank, shops, the Fast Exchange and other windows no longer zooms your camera in and out. It scrolls the window like it should. Hold Shift if you want to zoom anyway.

⚠️ Restart your FastLane launcher to get the scroll fix and the ::vote button!
