Frontier plays like 1.12 on the 3.3.5a client: the vanilla world, dungeons, quests and loot, with 1.12 combat, talents and spells, plus a small set of deliberate changes.

Open beta now, launch 28 November 2026. Register, get the launcher (Windows, Linux, macOS) and play. Full wipe before launch. You need your own 3.3.5a (build 12340) client.
