Vipsu - Lazer server

Vipsu is one of the first Lazer Server which uses the software of GooGuTeam aka g0v0
unlike normal Lazer we added for real Unlimited FPS
Nvidia Reflex and AMD Anti-Lag 2 support 
Classic and other mods are currently ranked
also Classic got changed here so it feels and uses the same formular as Stable
Medal/Achievment ingame Dashboard Support 
Ingame Relax Scoreboard 
Added Max PP Value to Song Select V2 

Added 95-100% PP Value as Skinable element

New Gamemode with Leaderboards,Ranking and PP System

currently only Windows is supported but we are working on Android Support
