We are looking for reliable, friendly and level-headed individuals to become part of our moderator team. Moderators are the first line of management in Xscape RP and play a vital role in keeping the community running smoothly, especially through handling Discord tickets and supporting players when they need help.
What Moderators Do:
• Handle Discord tickets quickly and professionally
• Assist players with questions, issues and general support
• Enforce server rules fairly and consistently
• Help maintain a positive, safe and enjoyable environment
• Communicate with higher staff when needed and escalate serious issues
• Provide feedback and keep the community informed
What We Look For:
• Good communication skills
• Patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A friendly and approachable attitude
• Basic understanding of server rules
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Availability to check and manage tickets regularly
