Moderator
Moderators ensure people are not breaking the rules and help to keep the player experience fair and safe. Moderators need to have reasoning and can not let their emotions take charge of them. Punishments must be thoughtful and follow the “disciplinary actions” on the websites wiki. Moderators are also expected to help players if there is no helper to do so.

Helpers have to be conversational and welcoming. They need to know how the server works and features of it in order to help players so the players do not become frustrated.

Builder
Builders need to be able to make visually attractive structures and scenes that are creative and unique. Builders also will need to be able to act as helpers when there are no helpers available. Once the application has been reviewed, they will be contacted and requested pictures of their projects. Information on this will be messaged to them.
